SYNOPSIS : En tant qu'inspecteur dans l'unite contre les narcotiques de la police, Gordon lutte contre le mal. Lui et Happy, inspecteur de l'unite strategique, ont souvent forme un duo efficace pour lutter contre le trafic de drogues. Lors d'une operation pour faire tomber un gang, Happy soupconne Gordon d'etre corrompu. Dans le meme temps, Happy tombe amoureux de Pat, une taupe, en mal de reconnaissance. Cette derniere ignore volontairement ces sentiments pour Happy pour que l'apprenti policiere, Sandy, amoureuse secrete, puisse avoir sa chance.
